Hi everyone. I am 7w2d today. This is my first, so all is a little new for me. My OB appt isn't til 10 wks so I am VERY anxious! Haven't had any m/s yet, just nausea and some hot flashes. Definitely a lot of bloating and constipation (sorry if tmi but does anyone have suggestions for this?). Also does anyone have knowledge/opinion on how much aspartame/splenda is ok in a day? My cousin said no sugarless gum?

I have a question about coffee. What happens if i drink a couple cups a day. no not decaf. Everyone seems to have different opinions about it. some say they lived on coffee and pepsi when they were pregnant and others say they didnt touch it.

I was bleeding and cramping last week but saw the doctor and he said it looked okay and we saw the heart beat and got a picture! i have another apt monday so hopefully its all still going good!
