hello week 27:) hope everyone is feeling well. I def have to say moving around is not as easy as it use to be haha every week i feel bigger and bigger. BELUGA- I know exactly how you feel on the not feeling pretty thing, so I went and got my hair done instead:) you cant changed how big we get but you could do something for yourself if might make you feel better:D worked for me!

Today I was very tired, exhausted... I feel like a beach whale... My feet feel like elephant feet and my boobs hurt me like if I was going to start my period... I do not feel pretty at all... awwgghhh, my boobs hurt, they never hurt during my first pregnancy, they feel sooo heavy and sensitive, even the touch of my PJs hurt.... :-( .... They feel like if they are engorged (those who have breast-feed know what I mean)... Luckly my baby girl Sarah is sleeping, so now I can relax a little bit... my DH is working late today, awwghhh, I miss him, I wish he can come home and give me a good foot-massage... anyway, I will go to bed right now and relax my chubby-cute-latin-ass... :-)

Any1 feel their baby kick them in the bladder? last night she was kicking up a storm as she always does, and I felt movement then a quick sudden urge to pee then it stopped then she did it again, and i know she was kicking at it! I was like Alanah stop it before mommy pees on her self lol, but that was the first time she's kicked me in the bladder, it's not too comfortable and i must say, the bigger she gets the more uncomfortable her movements become. Before it was cute and small lol now they're BIG, I think everyone i work with and all of my friends have felt her because she moves so much.

i am full of streatch marks. i got so many from my first and each after that i gained a few and so far with this one i have noticed 2 new ones. i have alot of them on my belly, a few on my hips, cheast and inner thigh. i do notice that they start to fade a little after delivery but not go away. i too have to realy lay down and count movment. my little guy is not a active one. this is my 4th and i did not feel him till like 20 weeks ( something like that) and so now that he is getting bigger and less room i wonder how much movement i will be able to feel. it does worry me. but i tell myself this... at the end of the day lay down on left side for 1 hour and see if i feel anything before i call doc. i remember calling and going in so many times with my outhers but the nurses were always so nice saying better safe then sorry. so if i have to go in this time i know they wont look at me weard. :) i agree better safe then sorry!

yeah those purple ones are new, i hear they fade to silverish after pregnancy. But MINE are brown/reddish, Im african american but a little lighter, I was hoping to get the light colored one instead of the dark ones if I HAD to get them but I have the brown ones on my stomach and sides and on some parts of my lower stomach they're really light!! Why can't they all be light? I hate it, I want to see what they look like after I have her gosh it's so depressing seeing them getting longer and nastier each day!

having a very emotional day :( been gettin tons of these lately! i stormed out of the house when hubby was making dinner. i was trying to help and make the noodles for him but i was being a bitch about it and then he said they werent cooked long enough so i grabbed my purse and left. he looked out the window and saw me getting in my car but i didnt even go anywhere. i just sat there and cried and felt like a beached whale. then he called me and told me to come back home. i was home. lol. then i cried all during dinner, after dinner. finally not crying anymore. at least not until tomorrow

that just doesnt make sense.... its christmas, a time for GIVING- and its usually a good way to teach kids about giving and not just recieving.... plus the kid needs clothes- they grow so fast does she not remember or something???

need a venting moment i was talking with my mil about xmas and she told me shes telling everyone not to get my son toys because he has too many... first off she lives in FL i live in RI so shes never seen his toys..but the ones he has (like one lg bin full) are for 12months and under, hes almost 2. im not saying people have to buy them, but telling people not to is kinda not her place. and shes telling them no clothes because she just went and got him 2 outfits. i dont get her. does she not know that everything helps?? especially clothes, kids mess them out like its thier job. and im not gready if my son doesnt need/use it i give it away to other moms i know. ugh.

i pretty much got them everywhere :( but the ones on my stomach werent purple they were like silverish and not to noticeable, but my sides i got really thick ones that were purple, and they did start to lighten up a bit, especially from the sun, and i also got some on the inner thighs that were thin and purple, but not too noticeable i mean im not showing that part off to the world unless im in a bathing suit ;) but those are not purple anymore. ugh sounds terrible when i start to list them. the one on my boobs only appeared when i got engorged when my milk came in but those disapeared once i stopped nursing. my son destroyed my body! but the sun really helped fade them and im sure exercise to tighten your stomach would probably help too...i wouldnt know i was to lazy to go to the gym lol. one last thing, its sucks to get them and every mom want to avoid them during pregnancy but honestly your hub will still love you and your baby will love you and you wont even care when your in a bathing suit. if someone else does oh well...do they have a baby as cute as yours?? prob not. :) not to mention they are from something amazing, motherhood. (although i still lather up with lotion just in case lol)

Hey ladies! Haven't written much lately...just hanging out, reading your posts, and getting bigger every day. Had my glucose test today. My iron was low, so they changed my vitamins.....and I had a sonogram! He weighs 3lb, 3oz! A little big, they said, but still fine.......yay! Can't wait to hold him!

tinkerbell~ my butt was the first place i got stretch marks and they were purple, and they did start to lighten up after the baby. im hopeing not to add to my collection, but now were pretty much at the point were we are about to really stretch...bring on the uncomfortable stage!

tinkerbell319 ... I got purple stretch marks on my boobs during my first pregnancy, I got them during the last trimester... However, they 'disappeared' after delivery... not inmediately, but in a month or so... I breast-fed my baby girl for 6 months though, I am not sure if that helped or not... Anyway, so far I have not gotten stretch marks on my boobies, but it is way too early... last time I got them during the 30s weeks of pregnancy, so I would not be surprised if they come back again, hehehhe

Probably cuz my butt has gotten HUGE!!! But my bf really seems to like it...go figure...lol. I've always had big hips so I've had stretch marks on them since puberty but never my butt.

with d/s i got 3 tiny little purple ones on both of my hips- they do lighten up but i havent gotten them on my butt

Oh and off the subject but is anyone else getting stretch marks on their butt? I got out the shower yesterday and was looking in the mirror and noticed thin purple colored stretch marks on my butt. Y purple? Has this happened to anyone else? If so do they lighten up after the babys born? I haven't gotten any stretch marks on my belly yet. Now I'm thinking once I deliver I'm gonna have these nasty purple stetch marks all over the place. Uggghhhh!!!!

yea from what i've been telling my dr she thinks my results will come back with me needing to be on the iron supplements, but i guess i will just have to wait to find out!! :)

Nicki- I ate candy right before I took my sugar test and everything came out fine. But like some of the other ladies I have to take 3 iron pills a day now cuz I'm very anemic. For some reason my iron in my blood keeps dropping very low. My dr told me that if I don't get my levels back up by the time I deliver I might need to get a blood transfusion.....kinda scary....I don't like the thought of that!!!

i got it from my dr today- but not about my weight they didnt tell me at my last appt that i would be having my sugar test done today- so b4 my appt i went to Mcdonalds lol, and my dr was pissed- but i told her nobody told me i would be having that done today(this was back when they were worried about the U/S not showing the babies heart)and i guess they 4got to tell me - still waiting on the results tho

Best thing they told me to do is to lay on my left side for at least a half hour a day or 45 minutes, making sure I've eaten, drank and peed (I guess so you're comfy) with limited distractions so you can concentrate on feeling their movements. Good luck:)

well, i've been in an out off the hosital, My baby has a hole in his heart and there a 45% chance he might be a downs baby so i am just worrying, more when hes not moving as much and i am alwayz really sick i dont feel my docter under stnads what i am going though i am scarrdd.. I am sure everthing will be ok tho 2 and half months leftt

Hey ladies! I've been keeping up with you guys for a couple weeks but I haven't posted anything yet. You've all been such a big help. SO HAPPY - I want to let you I felt my little one constantly for the last 4 weks, then nothing for 4 days. My Dr sent me to labor and delivery Mon just to be sure. She's snug as a bug in there with a strong heartbeat, they are just running out of room. My dr told me there will be less kicks and jabs, more 'swishy' movments from now on. Just wanted to let you know I was in the same situation! If you're really concerned talk to your dr.

Ohhh and by the way, we still have not selected a name... I would like Sofia... or Hannah or Salma... but my DH likes Salma and is pretty much set on that name... Our first daughter was named Sarah, he always liked that name so we set it for that... This time I think is my turn to name, but my DH is stubborn... hehehehe

There are LOTS of things for me to take care of before January... I need to buy crib, bedding, double stroller... Then we need to pack, because we are moving to another place at the end of January... I also need to start my baby girl Sarah on finger foods... and we are planning a trip to Mexico from the 17 of December till January 1st (they are retired and live there)... awwghhh... many many things to do before my little girls joins us!!... It does not help that my baby girl is teething, so she wakes up always around midnight, then 3am and then 6am every night for the last months... at least I am used to not being able to sleep... :-D

I am getting excited and nervous... I delivered my 8 month old baby girl at 36 weeks... so, I am preparing myself mentally to be ready by then... Tomorrow I have my GD blood work, awwghh, hate needles... and on Monday I have my monthly check up with the doctor... She is going to talk about delivery (she told me so last time)... Cannot wait, cannot wait... :-)
