Ugh up at 4am with a very sick baby, so I smelled something funky when I was in bed and couldn`t figure out where the smell was coming from, and as soon as I opened my daughters diapy, the stench was horrible, I then said Could she have a urinary infection, now when I began to wipe, she cried her head off, and pushed my hands away. She screamed boo-boo mommy, so I tried to check her down there, and she fought me screaming Hurt mommy no boo boo. Does a urinary infection cause it to irriate? I am so worried. Fever, smelly urine, and a horsey cough.

FOR MOMMIES LOCATED OUTSIDE OF THE US: Have you seen the movie `Sicko` by Michael Moore? If so is having free healthcare really as great as it`s made out to be? One thing I hate about the US is insurance.... it`s such a ripoff. Having a baby cost soooo much money, I still have hospital bills from when I had my daughter and that was 6 months ago.... it`s really stressful. Please comment.

I haven`t done much today. Spent the day at home being lazy, then tonight I went to the movies with some girlfriends, then came straight home. My feet are very sore, very red, very swollen. I found this strangr as I haven`t been on my feet a whole lot today. Is it something I should be worried about? What should I do? I`m almost 36 weeks.

My mom heard that hospitals now want the mother to pump the first few feedings after baby is born (even if they plan on formula feeding), due to how beneficial the early milk can be for the baby. Any truth to this? I plan on formula feeding but think this sounds like a great idea.

Anyone else having trouble getting their hubby to help get the house ready for the baby? I`m 35 weeks and all my hubby want to do lately is be freakin` lazy! There is so much i want to get done that i can`t physically do and when i continually ask him for help he says that i`m `using him`. What do you think?

my daughter who is 8 1/2 months old has had a very high fever, been sick, very sleepy, coughing and crys when shes picked up, now for 5 days running, i had same last week, so i go doc`s and it seemed like she wasn`t listening to a word i was saying and said that she had a virus.. and to carry on what i was doing by giving her loads of juice ect.... has anyone else`s baby been poorly like this for 5 days and maybe even more if she dont get better?
