PREGNANT LADIES (and those who were pregnant before), how often did you get to rest during your pregnancies??? I am currently 29 weeks pregnant going on 30 weeks this coming Thursday. I am a full time working mom. I work from 8 am until 5 pm Monday through Friday (don`t have much of a choice). After that, I come home to my 18 month old toddler (Alex) and I am `mommy` until around 9 pm every night (plus the frequent occasions of him waking up for hours in the am because of his teeth that are cutting), after which I eat and go pass out on the bed... Lol... Come Saturday, I cannot wake up before 9h30 am, because I am just utterly exhuasted! Then its toddler time, family time, spring cleaning time, grocery shopping, paying bills, etc. etc. right through until Sunday night, only for it all to start again on Monday. I work two jobs, one from 8 am to 1 pm (very stressful business environment with a lot of deadlines and pressure where hundreds and hundreds of documentation goes through my hands and computer) and from 1 pm to 5 pm I work as an assistant teacher at a private afternooncare where I oversee 40 children (17 of them are my sole responsibility - grade 4-12) - where homework is done, tests are prepared - anything school related, you name it. However, these are all troubled kids, undisciplined, behind academically and they struggle to even pass a test (all of them), so I have my hands full just getting them to START with something. Then its four hours of fighting, begging, struggling - issues popping up and so forth until I get to go home. By the time I get home, I am a walking zombie and aching all over from the day`s strain. Some days I struggle to even walk properly from pain... How do you ladies cope and how often DO you rest now that you are pregnant?? I would love some feedback and advise:) I won`t be able to go on for much longer like this, that is for sure! (I am most definitely having to work basically until my due date, because the kids` last exams are right before my due date). TIA ladies:)
