I went baby clothes crazy...I have enough 0-6 clothes to dress triplets! I didn`t want to buy too many `big things` until after my shower(s) I`m glad I waited I didn`t have to buy a bassinette, bedding, high chair, stroller, swing, bath tub or a bouncy seat! I got hooked up! And I still got like 32 little outfits too....not to mention the ones I bought...can`t stop yourself tho, it`s a driving force!

It`s never to early to start buying baby stuff, especially diapers and wipes.

no thats silly why not? if you dont know the sex you can still buy alot of outher stuff,like crib,swing ect. I think all my shoping was dont at 7 months i do not want to be walking around the store shoping at 8-9 months we have enough ackes with out adding sore feet 2

i heard its bad luck to do it that early, they say wait until 6 months, i started buying clothes and thing for my dughter around that time, but for my second i haven`t got anything and i`m 7 months, but i`m going to next week start buying things for him,

Thanks for the comments. The reason I asked is because there was an ad from a department store for a pack n` play for 29 bucks, and it was originally 89. So I got it, then I was like is it to early? I don`t know if the baby is a boy or a girl yet, but it`s a neutral color.

not at all! I may have jumped the gun a bit.. but I had my crib, change table and some outfits purchased at 7 weeks!!! It is so much easier to buy gradually rather than all at the end! I would recomend starting now!

i brought my baby a first outfit when i just found out. i was 4 wks then i did wait till after the 2nd scan.
