I`m 29 weeks and have gained 34 so far. Everyone is different. You can`t really make a limit it wouldn`t work for everyone.

I JUST FOUND OUT I GAINED ANOTHER 10lbs TODAY!!!! THAT BRINGS MY GAIN TO ALMOST 25lbs I`M ONLY 25 WEEKS..... UR DOIN REALLY GOOD!!!!
