im 21 weeks and gained 15 lbs. so far and the doctor still is saying i need to put on more a little quicker, but i was tiny pre-preggo, so i would imagine that 11 lbs. is fine.. its right around where i am at..

The average healthy gain for 23 weeks is 14 pounds. 11`s fine. Don`t be scared.

i was 23 weeks last i went to the doc and i had only gained 10 pds..the doc said everything looked great and the baby was measuring fine...so i think you are fine too!!

I don`t see how that`s bad at all. As long as you feel good and the Dr. says your A-OK. Keep it up!

i`d say thats ok-i would say it just depends on how the 11 lbs came about-like if it was in a 2wk period or what...my weight has been going up and down and im 19wks. i think the baby`s starting to just take over my weight b/c i had gained 4lbs at 16wks and then lost the 4lbs at 18wks...
