I had something similar, my doctor said, it was ligaments stretching. If it gets really severe then you should call your doc office, if not just remember to tell him or her at your next appointment.

its not braxton hicks at 12weeks and deffo not branston hicks haha. I had alot of pain till i was nearly 4mnths and the doc`s said its mainly ur ligamnets getting stretched ready 4 the baby 2 grow also i had a water infection which was causing alot of pain but it wasnt painful going to the toilet. If ur really worried phone ur midwife she will help u. congrats o the pregnancy x
