Check out the ultrasound photos on my page if your curious about what lil` boy parts look like on ultrasound. It`s really easy to tell mine`s a boy.

My sonographer said they look for either a hotdog(girl) or a turtle(boy) and I definately don`t see a turtle there. I say its a girl =)
