kkat32 (1561.7 days ago) My daughter is 4 years old and she has had one every year since she was born. She has never had the flu.She has already had one this year because she can not visit me in the hospital without having had one.She has never had any reaction to the shot either.
hotmamasteph (1561.8 days ago) I got a flu shot for me (30 weeks prego), for my two year old boy, and my 4 year old boy gets his on Friday! I don`t believe it will cause any harm. It has it`s pros and cons but I believe in getting it just to feel more prepared.
leahs (1562 days ago) I got mine for free since I am in my 3rd trimester, they said if my daughter was between 6months and 2yrs she would get it for free as well, since she is 2 1/2 and my son is 9 I thought I would have to pay for theirs, but my dr`s office said since I am pregnant and they live in my house they gave it to them for free,as well as my hubby.
momofboys (1562 days ago) My son who is 14 months the dr did not advise to get one so I didn`t ask for one. My other sons who are 7 & 5 are not getting them either. However my husbands job gave them free to employees, smart huh? So they cant get sick and miss work. LOL!
eCCAbOO (1562 days ago) it`s not proven to prevent the flu, so why bother? i have the same concerns as you, with the mercury, and i believe ANY isn`t good unless it`s a necessity. your body is built to heal itself, in most cases, so let it do it`s job.
aundrea (1562 days ago) Im getting one for my 4 yr old. I took one yesterday due to i had the flu last year for the first time.
