kate (1553.8 days ago) Fruit salad, raw veggies with low fat dips, laughing cow light trianges (by the box full!), jacket with cheese... you name it, I`m eating everything I can find! :) Or crunchy oat cereal with maple syrup and cut up banana and milk.
Jo-Mama (1554 days ago) I like to take a whole wheat tortilla, spread peanut butter on it, then put a banana on top. Roll it up and you have a healthier version of a regular peanut butter sandwich.
I drink a lot of smoothies too. Just pour OJ, a banana and some yogurt in a blender, whip it up and it`s good to go. I add whatever I have on hand - berries, vanilla soy milk, other juice. If I`m low on protein I throw in some protein powder.

mommymeg (1555.1 days ago) I like to cut up apples,grapes and whatever fruit I have and mix it, either with yoplait `original` cherry orchard or if i feel like it ill drain the juice from canned pie cherries and blend with plain yogart and hunny, anyways I put it over the fruit and then sprinkle crunched up hunny bunches of oats on top.....I like a lot of crunchy`s on mine..
I also like to dip stick pretzels in garden veg cream cheese....
