I got an electric one from wal-mart for around $35, it wasn`t the best breast pump, but it got the job done. I would definatly recommend using one. When I first started nursing, my breasts were so engorged and the pain was horrible. the pump relieved my pain. It`s also nice, b/c you may want a break and pumping will allow you to take one.

Well i saw some manual ones for $100 AUD, i would buy one, just so I can go shopping without too much trouble, or when nanna is baby sitting...

A lot of places rent electric pumps as well, so if you`re unsure of how it`ll work, try it out for a week first.

My sister in law bought me one,I can`t remember what sort it was cos I couldn`t use it at all. So my mum happened to have the one she used for my older brother.Don`t ask me why she kept it and yes it sounds gross using a 30 year old breast pump but it was so easy to use and didn`t hurt. Once I got going on it I was filling bottles left right and center with my milk lol. Might invest in one of those advent ones that go straight into the bottle though

If you are going to pump daily, don`t cheap out! It will hurt you physically and may hurt your milk supply. Medela is the best and you may be able to rent one from a hospital for about $45 a month. The ones the rent are the top notch $1000/ machine good ones!

I think the Medela is the best.

It depends on why you think you need one. I bought a manual one for about $40 for when we would take a road trip and baby got hungry. I was gifted an electric one (about $125) that works great but never really needed it since I was a stay home mom. I am in love with AVENT brand pumps and their whole feeding system. You pump directly into the bottle, attach a nipple or sippy cup top, and feed. Very easy.

YOU SHOULD GET ONE!!! But price will vary it depends on brand & manual is $24-$45 ... electric is $50 - $300 ..... I got a nice electric pump with a whole box of extras at walmart for $69.99 ....
