With my 1st pregnancy I had my one hour glucose test come back high, so the had me do the longer test, and it came back fine. Looking back I think the reason my one hour test was high, is because of what I ate before I drank the solution and did the test. So with this pregnancy I schedule my glucose test for around 8am and I don`t eat anything, just drink that solution, and both of the 1 hour test came back fine. Avoid, breads, chips, potato`s, pasta`s and stuff along those lines before taking the test. Good luck, I hope the long test comes back normal for you.
