Yeah I have the same thing and In-outie the top half is poking out from the insides and the bottom half is still in my belly! but Im only 5 & 1/2 months.

About 7 months mine started to flatten out (especially when I`m sitting or laying down). From the on, it never became a true outtie, I call mine an in-betweenie... because part of it is an outtie and the other part is still in/flat.
