From your VIP page, you can click on Ask Admin and report offensive users. they have acted briskly in the past, and will pull an entire account if needed.

I happened to be in chat the last couple times this happened, its really annoying....a couple of the ladies started a code word for when this happens and then everyone is suppose to move to the baby chat which is right above the login box in a little bar you can click on....I feel kinda stupid saying this but so far the code word is `tits`...im sorry...its just thats what someone came up with and everyone went with it....so i guess pass it on for everyone who would like to know????? lol...

I don`t believe that they have the means of tracking the people that log onto chat. I know that I can log on in whatever name I choose -- and I don`t think that you have register to enter chat. I wish there was just an ignore button, even for some people that are VIPs.
