With my oldest we had to use estrogen cream for about a month twice daily, and I think that finally did the trick. I will find out on the 30th if it needs to be cut open, but to me it doesn`t look like it. :) Hope that helps.

Why don`t you ask a doc instead of taking peoples advice that don`t what they`re talking about?

My neighbor`s daughter`s labia began to fuze. The doctor told her to gently spread the lips and the opening of the vagina when she changed her in order to maintain the opening. Frequent changing is a good idea too.
