I`m the same as ladybug. Never been the same since my first 5 years ago. it still hurts a lot when i strain my back and since i had a spinal with my 5 month old, it`s been kinda worse. O well. Rather have back pain then contractions ;)

I have a soreness in my back where they put the epidural in, when i talked to my doctor about it at my 6 week check up, he said it wasn`t b/c of the epidural, that it was just from the strain of pushing so hard (i pushed for two hours straight, and ended up getting a c-section)

To be completely honest, my back has never been the same since the birth of my 1st child 18yrs ago and the very long & hard delivery of my youngest 6yrs ago. But to be honest, I would rather a bad back than to go through labor without pain relief!
