cko1522 (258.1 days ago)Oh, anxiety sucks! So sorry you are having it. I had panic attacks prior to pregnancy and a natural thing that helped me was upping my calcium intake. I drank milk like a mad woman and took calcium supplements. I swear it really chilled me out. Did you ever hear about the warm milk theory when you can`t sleep? Its no joke. I also did Yoga exercises. This helped me get a hold of my anxiety. Hope it helps you.

soon2bmammabear (258.2 days ago)I have never had a problem with claustrophobia but it`s weird, I was in a huge hotel/mall in Vegas a few days ago and I actually felt restricted and it made me very anxious and irritable to the point my heart racing. I felt like a mouse in a maze searching for an exit or at least a window!! I don`t know if this is the same as what you were addressing but I`m sure my pregnancy had something to do with those feelings.
Tiger21 (258.3 days ago)I just feel really uncomfortable at times and I start breathing rapidly, so yes somewhat constricted, heavy and needing to breath. II don`t feel this way all the time but it is happening more.
us-n-kenzie (258.4 days ago)I took Xanax before I got pregnant and I cannot take it now. Even though I am only 11 weeks, I know how you feel...I am the same way...I have been having panic attacks during the night a lot lately.
