Shan-Enterprises (257.8 days ago)I go to an Osteopath as part of my pregnancy health and it is fantastic. It really helps relieve my back aches and sore hips. I hurt the ligament in the bottom of my back that gets stretched when your hips open a bit to prepare your body for the weight of your baby and I couldn`t walk for 3 days. When I eventually was able to get to my Osteopath he was able to help fix the problem drug free. If it feels right then I`d say do it.
JessH (258.1 days ago)Im seeing a female chiropractor and Im 7 months with twins. I see her every 2 weeks for a very light adjustment. I feel wonderful and my OB told me it was perfectly fine to go- I just wanted to know how many others were doing it. You can see a chiro until you deliver! My babies have both turned head down (& stayed) since I began seeing her. If you google chiropractic adjustments in pregnancy there is a lot of benefit to it.
jeanette (258.2 days ago)It depends. Later in pregnancy, the spaces between the vertiba relax and expand to make room for birth, and delivery changed the alignment. How many times have you seen this person before? How many times are you going to get adjusted during pregnancy? How many pregnant women has he adjusted before, and how far along were they? Too many questions to give you a straight bit of advice.
channa (258.3 days ago)I am not seeing a chiropractor, but I did go see a pediatrist for my feet. He gave me some insoles to wear and it has really helped.
monica9 (258.6 days ago)My sister in law did and her abs ended up splitting apart and she thinks it was definitely from that. I wouldnt go.
