bekah123 (246.1 days ago)You need to be careful and not take to much of potassium. To much of anything isn`t good. Drinking Gatorade can help. I am a massage therapist and my husband gets them and he says if it wasn`t for me that he would want to shoot himself. I massage the area that the cramps start and it goes away. Reason for you getting the cramps is your muscles are lacking something and carring and the stretching that the your body is going through you need to make sure you drink plenty of water.

kater (252.7 days ago)i eat banana every day and dont get leg cramps, speak with your doc at next appointment, but i think its fairly normal in 3rd trimester
JessH (256.5 days ago)you might need calcium! talk to your doc about the leg cramps. Stretch your calves often. Dont rub the cramp but do foot flexes.toe towards your face, then away from your face etc.
ga1977 (256.5 days ago)Potassium and magnesium together....this will absolutely help! The most common cause for cramps is dehydration so make sure you are drinking enough water.
