With my 1st I didn`t have BH and made it to 37 weeks (then he came by c-section, due to me having high blood pressure). I`m now 36 weeks, about to be 37 weeks and I still haven`t experienced BH. So I guess some don`t have them.

They can be very subtle. I had to go into the hospital for some stress testing and they hooked me up to a machine that measured baby`s HR and BH contractions. The BH contractions were happening all the time but I wasn`t aware of them until they showed up on the monitor/printouts.

I`m 35w2d and still haven`t felt any BH.
