The Dr. told me that the placement of the placenta can affect when you feel movement. If the placenta lies on the front, you might take longer to feel it.

I am due in less then 27 days. I didn`t feel my son move untill I was 24 weeks. trust me your fine...

Is this your first child? If so you may just not know what you are feeling. My sister didn`t realize that she was pregnant with her first child until she was about 20 weeks and didn`t know that she was feeling the baby kick and move cause she had no clue she was pregnant. Still had AF and everything....somethings can`t be explained...don`t worry too much!

dont worry. i just went for my anatomy scan and im about 20 weeks. She (our baby) was moving all around and the ultrasound lady couldnt believe i wasnt feeling her! she said that b/c i was thin she expected me to have felt, but most people dont feel until 21-22 weeks. she told me when i really feel it, im going to realize that i felt it the whole time.

So many women on this site ask the same question. You`re not alone. You should be very excited because you will certainly feel the baby within the next two weeks.

If this is your first, it takes longer. I think I was 21-22 wks before I consistently felt the baby kick. I bet you`ve felt it but was too busy to notice or it was too light. You`ll feel it very soon- don`t worry!

im 33 going on 34 weeks and i was worried about my baby not kicking for a couple hours i called my doctor and she said if in 2 more hours i don`t feel anything after tapping the baby and drinking something sweet and laying on the left side i would have to go straight to the hospital. the kick counts your dr probably would say to do. i was scared because i read this story on this lady same time as i was different year she worried about her baby not moving as it used to and she went to her dr and they sent her straight to the hospital because the baby was dead and they found out it was from a bowel movement . i told my dr about that and she said babies shouldn`t have bowel movements if so they are under fetal distress. i don`t want to scare you maybe you still have time to wait but i think you should call your dr just in case.
