jessicahedden (264.6 days ago)I feel better after reading these comments. I thought I was the only one with this horrible hip pain!!! I have found that the best position for me to sleep in, is propped up with a bunch of pillows behind me and one under my knees. I am basically sleeping sitting up. I have been having a pretty smooth pregnancy, the only thing I can`t wait to be over is the lack of sleep.
kekea (265.1 days ago)Everything hurts no matter where or how I sleep. I wake up, and it hurts for me to get up and go tinkle. I jus ask God to have mercy on my poor body.LOL
Proverbs31mama (265.1 days ago)my back hasnt been as big of a problem as my hips. i wake up all night long because my hips hurt me so bad.
twebdup (265.5 days ago)My hips tend to hurt even more than my back. Very painful!
lindsayl (265.6 days ago)I am in my 6th month and I have had horrible back pain for the past 2 months. No matter how I sleep I always wake up stiff and theres always that pinching pain in my lower back. I found that before I hop in the shower in the morning, I stretch on the floor really good. That gets me through the day! I recommend a light exercise and stretching after you wake up!
abrinasay (265.6 days ago)I also have 2 body pillows and 32479 pillows, and nothing seems to work. I wake up all threw the night. I don`t think it gets any better, and I don`t think there is a lot you can do to make it better.
Erin619 (265.7 days ago)Some mornings I can hardly get out of bed I am so sore all over, especially the hip bones and groin area. I end up getting up real early even though I`m tired because it hurts too much to keep laying down. I also sleep with 2 body pillows. They used to help but not so much anymore. I can`t wait for this to be over!!
