my husband refuses to go to any classes. he says they are a waste of time. I kinda agree. when his mother started harping on us about it, he said he would just google it. lol. so that`s what we are gonna do.

I live in Japan and don`t have access to labour classes either. Friends lent me `Great Expectations, Laugh and Learn about Childbirth` with Sheri Bayles. It was funny and really informative. She practices some Lamaze breathing techniques too. It might be only available on VHS tape though.
