mommymeg (205.7 days ago)id say go with katers idea...i make low fat muffins using apple sauce instead of the oil, also peeling an orange and grabbing a banana, all natural yogart...if your really into it you could make yourself homemead granola or bars.
kater (205.9 days ago)i make low fat zucchini and pineapple muffins which are soooo yummy!! if i bake on the weekend, i can freeze half of them, and the other stays fresh for at least 4-5 days!! and no, mine arn`t fat pockets
butterblocksmom (206 days ago)Microwave oatmeal with brown sugar and skim milk or multigrain toast with PB and Jam. I keep both at work. I will have a muffin from time to time bt they are loaded with fat.

summerisis (206 days ago)When I used to find myself in a hurry I`d either eat oatmeal (5 minutes in the microwave) or a protein shake (30 seconds in a milkshake maker) in the car. Muffins sound good but they`re essentially `fat pockets` and are really just `cake` whereas non-instant oatmeal is healthy, and Spiru-tein protein shakes are fat-free, with a balance of protein and carbs.
Tiara (206 days ago)Muffins muffins and more muffins!! Im addicted to muffins on the days I have to be to work at 7am, their easy, come in loads of flavors, some are good for you, and their convenient and oh so yummy!! ;)
