When I had my daughter my water broke as we were driving to the hospital... it was horrible, it felt like gallons and gallons coming out.

The doc broke mine all 3 times when i was well into labor

i had been at the hospital in labor for 16 hours when my water broke

with my first born i was in the hospital i got up out of the bed to sign my release papers to go home and my water broke (needless to say i didn`t go home) and with my second born i got up out of bed at home to take my son to the restroom when my water broke. now i am just looking forward to seeing where my water is going to break with this one hopefully not in the grocery store and if so i hope i am in the beverage isle that way i can throw a pop down and blame that, LOL!

Most of the time it is done at the hospital, i learned in baby classes that it doesnt happen at home that often.
