If it makes you feel better, I was 3cm, 100%eff. and had no BH, nothing, then at 40wks3days I decided to get out my electric breast pump and try nipple stimulation that way, it jump started some contractions for me and when I was 40wks5day my water broke on its own (I didnt even know I was in labor...)and when I got to the hospital I was already at 8cm (not too shabby for not knowing I was in labor), didnt have time for any drugs had the baby an hour and a half later. I remember thinking how bad it sucked to be overdue, but its all worth it and you`ll forget all about it when your little one comes.

Sorry! I was 3cm for 4 weeks! I was stuck! I eventually had to be induced, once the Potcin started, things moved along!

Wow! I haven`t. Sorry your little one is being stubborn. lol I hope you have an induction date to look forward to.

- Here`s my problem. My Mom and I don`t always get along. Often she is very unsupportive, but she can also be great at times. It`s very unpredictable. SHe was out of Province for when my son was born, so my sister was in the delivery room. This time my Mom wants to be there (along with my significant other and my doula. We can only have 2 people plus the doula) Anyway, I`m afraid my Mom will be unhelpful and will not be able to support me and my birth plan of a natural labor. My sister was excellent at my last birth and I would love her to be there again. What should I do?

- Has anyone been told in an ultrasound that the baby is a boy but it came out a girl? our sono tech told us yesterday he may be a he, and we are freaking out. Im 41 weeks preggo and now is not the time to redo everything from boy to girl!
