i tore with my first one it problet had something to do with pushing to fast and on my own pace i didnt wate for contractions i wanted my baby out asap.. I pushed for 20 mins and tore a small bitt only 1 and a half stitch..

i tore and had 27 stitches. it really hurt, but i was completely healed after 5 weeks and able (sorry TMI) to get `friendly` with my hubby very comfortably at the 5 week mark
