sing a couple of songs. babies favorite seems to be `in the still of the night` :) heard that if baby is used to a certain melody, that it can be used to calm baby when upset. we`ll see... :)

i put headphones on my belly and let her listen to classical music very softly a couple times a week.

i did when i was pregnant and now i swaddle and sing to her and she falls asleep in seconds. so sweet.
