monica9 (240.8 days ago)i was 9.5 lbs and my mother had a vaginal birth. my cousin was over 10lbs and my aunt had a vaginal. dont worry
Nan639 (240.9 days ago)It depends on the size of your pelvis, the baby`s head, etc. The weight doesn`t matter. My daughter was 8 lbs. 6 oz. and I had no problem. I`ve always thought that late term ultrasounds aren`t super accurate on weight anyway. Could be a pound off either way.
natalie75 (241.2 days ago)Hi, My son was 8lbs 13 oz. It doesn`t matter on how much the baby weights it matter on the size of his/her head.

I do not want to imagine having to of had them vaginal. I hope this time around my baby is not so big but I will have a repeat section...Good luck!
mommymeg (241.4 days ago)i had a vaginal 8 lb 10oz
teenMOMMIE (241.5 days ago)its only estimated. its usually less than they say
jeanette (241.5 days ago)Both my sisters babies were 11 pounds and she has a flattened pelvis which makes her birth canal very small. Still, she had no trouble, and didn`t use pain meds with the second.
RobinG (241.5 days ago)My son was 10 lbs and I had a section. My second was vbac at 8 lbs 3 oz and I shouldnt have had a vbac. He was to big also, had he been my first I may not have been able to have him naturally either. It really depends on your own body. some can do big babies without a problem some who have small babies cant ~ it depends. Only your doc can say for sure. If your doc says he is a floater then you can`t. A floater is when a baby is so big they are not able to drop and stay in the birth canal because they dont fit. My first was a floater.
jgirl (241.5 days ago)My baby was 8 lbs and I delivered naturally with no epidural or anything. I also had a friend who delivered a 12 lbs baby naturally.
