I had those. The shooting pain would last no more than 5-10 seconds. Feelsl like being stabbed in the cervix with a knife. Nothing to be worried about, just pressure from the baby. Could be an elbow or a knee pressing against the cervix. My little girl was born last March, so obviously it meant nothing.

Just pressure from your growing baby. It could be the start of Braxton Hicks contractions too. Talk to your dr to be sure.

I had that too. I was told that the baby might be pressing on the sciatic nerve. Nothing can really be done about it but if your worried about your baby or your body then there is nothing to worry about.

I get it to sometimes mine last for a min and it hurts so bad i mostly get it at nite though or when im laying down

My guess would be that it is the heavy pressure from your baby pushing on everything. I remember getting those, as I got further along in my other pregnancies. I don`t think it is anything to be worried about. Tylenol might help. Good luck.
