Same thing happens to me. Not all the time, but occasionally, and I am only almost 29 wks. Since you are so far along though, I agree- very well could be bits and pieces of the mucous plug. I think its just more uncomfortable and aggravating than anything else. Couldn`t hurt to mention it to the doctor though. Good luck!

I actually have this going on as well. Its mostly the day and a couple of days after I have sex I asked the doctor and she said its perfectly normal and not to worry. Is it almost like geletin?

Sounds like your mucous plug. I lost mine gradually starting about 4-6 weeks before I delivered.

Don`t get too worried.. my discharge has increased and changed colors a few times too. Mine usually goes back to normal in a few days though. I`m not sure why it does that? I haven`t been too worried about it being my plug because I think it would be more obvious.
