We bought this little basket at walmart to put the tops and nipples in. Then just placed it and the bottles in the dishwasher. Easy sanitizing since the water temp is so high.

I boiled everything, When He got a little older I would but it in the dishwasher. Our dishwashed has a serilize option.

I always boiled everything. I know they sell bottle sanitizers now, I`ve never really looked into it though. It`s pretty simple to boil them though if you use a big enough pan you can do everything all at once.
