natalie75 (1443.2 days ago) I think it might make sense. With my first I drank about a liter or more of milk a day and I had them really bad. This time I have cut back to about 1 cup and take calcium magnesium( when I rememeber) and I haven`t gotten any.
moynababy (1443.2 days ago) Eat lots of bananas! Also, try rubbing your favorite lotion on your legs right before you go to bed. I find it vey relaxing. Have your husband do it for more relaxation!
mlmmdjm (1443.4 days ago) Eat bananas and you can also use washcloths with warm water on them. I had terrible ones my first pregnancy and it would hurt a lot afterwards like I had been kicked in the calf. The warm compresses helped to ease the pain left behind and bananas helped to make them stop all together. Hope you find a solution I remember those all to well...ouch!
MJamison (1443.7 days ago) Well I just got rid of mine!! Oh they were so annoying! well one my doctor told me I had to go get a Very supportive sneaker and wear it all day long! HAS REALLY helped! Also I take caltrate plus vitamin d right before I go to bed and I stech my calfs... he told me to do 15 counts on the strech.. I have so far had 5 peaceful nights of sleep besides getting up to go to the bathroom! Which I dont mind that! Oh and if you do those and it doesnt work.. he also recommened tonic water.. not sure why.. but he said it works!
