UTI are always serious. If left untreated can become bladder, kidney infections - you`d feel horrible between the lack of sleep and pain/discomfort/irritation. Not sure if you do have one but if you do - Please go see a doctor. The treatment is usually just antibiotic - most of which are safe with breastfeeding.

- Some weird things have been happening today, and I`m afraid I`m just working myself up. First, I went potty this morning, and after I was done peeing, I had another small amount of liquid come out. Not sure if it was pee. Then, my c-sect incision from my last baby started hurting really bad. (I had the c-sect 10 mo`s ago, and I`m a little over 32 weeks now) However, the incision feels fine now. Should I go get checked out?
