I was born at 33 weeks and I weighed 4lbs 11 oz. I think it`s pretty normal anywhere from 4 to 5 lbs.

Average at 33 weeks is 4.5 pounds. I don`t know how many ounces are in a pounds but I think your baby is pretty average. Did they give you a percentage such at 49th percentile since you are slightly under 4.5 pounds? Average at 32 weeks is 4 pounds and average at 34 weeks is 5 pounds... I hope that`s helpful. It`s essentially 4 pounds at 32 weeks plus 1/2 pound each week thereafter for a total of roughly 8 pounds at 40 weeks.
