I had it done with my first child....it didnt do a darn thing..lol...but my best friend had it done with both of hers and she went right into labor. Everyone is different. It will work for some and not others...good luck!!

I know this is probaably not what you want to hear, but they swept my membranes 39 weeks and I still had to be induced 2 weeks after my due date.
