We plan on me working PT, like I do now. My hubby doesn`t want me to work AT ALL, but I want to because it will get me out of the house for two days a week. I don`t like to be cooped up all day :O) Plus I have a bachelors degree and don`t feel like wasting it after I worked so hard and spent so much money for it! But I won`t go back to work for a while, and when I do, it will be for only 1 or 2 days a week. Just something to get some adult interaction

i plan to. my hubby earns enough that my wage isn`t necessary, so we are very fortunate that way. of course we will have to make adjustments, but staying home is so worth it. i couldn`t imagine missing out on all their `firsts`. i think though, everyone has to do what is right for their family, luckily though whats right for mine is what i prefer!

When I was pregnant the first time around I worked 2 jobs. When my daughter came I had all intentions of going back to work in 6 weeks. Here I am 7 years later with #3 on the way and a happy SAHM. It was hard at first but my hubby makes enough now that we live comfortably with me at home. The biggest thing that made me want to stay at home was I didn`t feel comfortable with someone else teaching my children values etc. I don`t knock anyone who uses day care it`s a wonderful thing, it`s just not right for our family. There wasn`t a family member available for us to use as a sitter so it made our choice black and white. I had planned to go to nursing school this fall when my son went off to preschool, but here I am 9 weeks pregnant so those plans are on hold. Good luck whatever you decide.

I just went back to work about a week ago but luckily they are letting me come back PT so we don`t need a baby sitter or YES I would quit!! =) Good luck!
