I plan to breastfeed untill my baby is about 2 1/2. I did that with my 4th and there was litteraly no `terrible two` stage, when he felt like being a baby, he just nursed, instead of pulling hair or biting or other `terrible two` behaviors that are so common. It was the best!

I plan to b/feed for 6 months. A friend of mine did it for over a year which I personally think is a bit sick and wrong, but hey, each to their own.

im excited to breast feed actually i plan to do it from 6 months to 12 months studys have proven that if you breast feed your child has less of a chance of having childhood obesity

i too loved breastfeeding. i did for 14 months, when my daughter decided to wean herself. it was a very sad day for me, but i feel that i did the best i could, it was soooo tough in the beginning, like butterfly034 said, but well worth it. i plan to feed this next one too for as long as he wants. although the decision on how to feed your baby is a very personal one, and nobody should be judged on how they feed their child.

i breastfeed at night till my dd was two. i really miss breastfeeding and hope to do it again when i have another baby.

i breast fedd for 6 months i think that up to a year is good any further will cause your baby to be attacted to much to you they need to break away and do it for themselves after a year.

i`ve been breastfeeding my daughter for 5 mths now, i love doing it but want to stop now b4 her teeth come though lol the problem is that because she has never had a bottle she now won`t take one or the sma milk so i`m finding it hard to stop.

I CANT SAY HOW LONG I WILL DO IT FOR BUT I FED MY LAST BABY TILL SHE WAS 15 MONTHS...I`LL JUST PLAY IT BY EAR

I LOVE breastfeeding. The benifits are amazing and it`s so cheap =) It`s been a hard journey up till now: he didn`t latch on right (OUCH!!) and we got thrush. Luckily we stuck with it. I am making mini, realistic goals and I am going to breasteed for 6 months (my overall goal is a full year or longer). If you`re questioning it for yourself, I would say try it before you form an opinion. I was so suprised to fall in love with it.
