I`d ask the doc. My hubby made me ask at only 8 wks if it was okay for me to take a golf class. Surprisingly, the doc said no!

Noooo. I don`t think its safe. Anything can happen (even though I wish you luck) just think what could happen if you slipped and fell???? Not worth the risk.

I remember bowling at the middle - end of my first preg. No problems. Just be careful, and don`t tire yourself out too much...and maybe a lighter ball if you`re having trouble with your usual size.
