hey Im Pregnant with a Boy But I have a 2 yr old son I got Him circumszed!! I think ya should Do it whild he is little ya know!! so he does not remember it!

Just a little tid bit about circumsition. My husband`s mother didn`t get him circumsied and he has had a lot of trouble with it. I suppose it doesn`t happen to all but his skin kinda grew to his and its been that way since he was little and sometimes when we have sex it will get pushed back too far and it hurts. It can also get infected if it is not cleaned properly all the time. I and he believes that getting it done is less trouble. I mean you have to think about it....everytime you change a diaper you have to pull the skin back and clean..and do you think little boys as they grow up are gonna always do that like they are suppose to? NOPE.

My husband and I were 100% for it, we took our son to be circumcised and consulted with the physician prior to having it done. The doctor said that the health benefits are not great enough to justify it. He said it truly is a cosmetic procedure. So, we walked out. Dad has it done, but we feel really good about our decision. A week later, my poor little guy got a flu (at 4 weeks old) and had to get an IV, a catheder, and his feet stuck several times for testing. It was so painful and traumatic for him that we were so thankful that a week earlier, we hadn`t put him through any unneccessary pain by having him circumcised.

We had a son, we had him circumsized for the simple reason of health purposes.

I will have my little boy done. Even though it breaks my heart to think of him going through that this is what daddy wants and I figure since he is a man he knows what is best for later in life. Daddy is circumsized but his brother is not and my mil has commented many times she really wish she would have had her other son done too. I just have to think about the fact that he will never remember it....ick, still mommy`s heart is breaking!!!!

I`m leaving the decision to my husband, cause after all, he understand men`s anatomy more than I ever will. He`s the father, so that`s one thing less for me to worry about.
