That is 8 8oz glasses.Its important to drink that most even when not pregnant since water`s main functions are to transport nutrients to your cells and regulate your body temperature and filter out toxins. You need more while pregnant because of having so much more blood in your body. while your blood volume increases, so should your water!
Mommy-2-B (289.2 days ago)If so...remember that a cup is only 8oz...most glasses are at least 16. So that`s only four glasses a day...not so much.
