i defently see a smile and I`m not the mother so there you are!!!! I have seen so many ultrasound pictures that I know what to look at. You aren`t going crazy!! It`s cute!!

I think that mamas always see cute things in their babys sonograms.. weather or not their there in our eyes they are and thats all that matters!! So you go on and show that pic to all ur fam and friends and make sure to point out the smile... they`ll see it eventually!!!
