well since you have an Irish/Scottish last name like we do, we were wanting somehting Irish or so.... so we found the name Cian. said like Key-in Cian Michael O`Brien to me it sounds really good together... only if you wanted a differnt name though...

My nephew`s name is Ethan and his brother`s name is Elijah. They sound pretty good together.

Ethan is nice with Michael (and the initials aren`t spelling anything strange--yeah...you needed one more thing to think about, huh!)-- I also like Michael (MEOB) as a first name...and Adam (AMOB)and Nicholas (NMOB) also sound nice... O`Brien is a great name to match first names up with...you can do trendy, classic, ethnic, anything... My son will be Peter Edwin Dalton (both of our grandfathers)--Peter also sounds nice with O`Brien... suddenly, I`m very glad my last name is NOT O`Brien!--good luck
