hi it sounds to kme like you may be suffering fron SPD. You can find a section about this on this webiste.

my goodness YES!!!!!!!!!! its so awful i am really in heaps of pain, but its not really the sort of thing you can complain about eh? ......`yes boss, im just standing still for a bit because my groin is sore`....lol
