tto (286.8 days ago)Each person is different based on your body type and the weight you are when you got PG. Go to the forum and find weight gain. There you can input your height and beginning weight and it will tell you what you personally should gain. Hope that helps!
kater (287.5 days ago)haha i hate my scales!!!!! i have put on 9 kilos, which i keep hearing is way too much for 23 weeks! there is a weight gain tracker in the `whattoexpect` website, which tell you the recommended gain for your height, weight, from the weight you start at. ill just add, im ignoring the results i get :)
monica9 (288.3 days ago)for a person who has a normal BMI it should be 3 1/2 lbs gained in the first month, and a little less than 1 lb. gained per week there after but it depends on the person and what they are eating. As long as you are eating healthy foods then it doesnt matter how much weight you gain.
newmom2b (288.4 days ago)good this makes me feel alot better! I have gained a little over 10 lbs and feel like it to soon to have gained that much, I am gaining the weight all over, thats what scares me!! I am starting to look thick everywhere and I am not use to this!
