I honestly believe we make the water too cold. Experts say tepid and the little thermomter things aren`t very warm either. With this one, I want to try a bit warmer and see if it helps. My son hated them too. I think they`re cold.

you don`t have to bath baby every day, you could probably get away with once a week, and give baby a sponge bath on the off days. my daughter hated bathes at first, and when i did bath her, i got a bath sling, which is like a hammock, made out of toweling-type material, and put it in the bath, you can make it the same temperature as the water, and if you wrap baby in a thinnish towel, then but bub into the bath still wrapped, you can uncover the bits you are washing, then cover up again straight away. when you take baby out of the bath, have a warm dry towel, so when you unwrap the wet one, you can immediately cover again with the warm dry one. making sure the air in the room is nice and warm is helpful too. baby`s usually start to like baths once they are 3-4 months old, if not sooner, because they work out they can splash and play in there at around this age.

I did the same as zenzabar...she loves her baths now...as long as she is warm she enjoys them!!

I soak a towel or large wash cloth in the warm water and put it over her to keep her warm. You can pour water over it through out bath time to keep it warm. My baby would scream the entire bath, but once I started doing that she was fine.
