WITH MY LAST CHILD MY DOC WAS PREETY WORRIED AND KEPT SENDING ME TO CHECK ON THE BABY CAUSE SHE SAID SHE WAS SMALL BUT WHEN MY DAUGHTER WAS BORN SHE WEIGHED 7. 6OZ.

I measured small from 28wks on, at 28 I was measuring 24, so forth and so on.. when i hit 36 I was measuring 31 so I went from measuring 4cm small to 5cm. The doc sent me to get an u/s to check and the baby was measuring fine, and the fluid level was fine. We determind that she was just sitting more on my back that sticking out, and the doc kept telling me I`d have a small 6pounder... Boy was I shocked when my daughter came out at 7lbs 15oz! :) I am sure everything is fine, your baby is probably either just sitting more on your back or turned sideways so theyre not measuring as big as they should be! I was measuring 3cm small a few weeks ago and had an u/s done and it turned out that the baby is actually bigger than what she was supposed to be. The fundal height is not accurate at all because every woman carries different. Good Luck

i wish i could be more encoureging. my first pregnancy i was always measuring small and had an u/s every 2 weeks 6 months. at 35 weeks they said the baby hasnt grown at all in the past 2 weeks. they induced me the same day cause they said if the baby will stay in she might die cause shes not growing, its caled IUGR. (inutero growth retardation). they said shell be much better off outside, eating. she was born 4 lbs, 14 oz at 35 weeks. small.

i was small for dates @ 37 wks and a scan confirmed that she was small. i was induced 4 days later, but there were other factors involved in the decision. she was 6lb 1/2 oz.

while i was pregnant in what was supposed to be my last u/s they told the baby was almost two pounds behind that was in january they basically told to eat a lot more than i was. then at the u/s they had given me to make sure she had gained the weight she went up a bit. she was born at 6 lbs. 11 oz. hope this helps make u feel better even if its just a little good luck
