I agree with RobinG, those co-sleepers are the best!! We used one with our daughter and we all slept wonderfully from the get go. I would wake up several times a night to nurse, of course but instead of traipsing down the hall to a wailing baby, I was gently awoken by the beginning squeaks of a hungry baby. I would just turn over, nurse her place her right back next to us in her little sleeper unit and we would both fall back to sleep!

Our sons always co slept intially ~ Hunter, our third, slept in the First Years Close and Secure sleeper that fits between our pillows ~ BEST thing ever!! Worth every penny, much easier to reach and comfort baby, baby sleeps better knowing you are within inches away and very very safe :) Babies often dont sleep well at night becuase they spent 9 months inside you and suddenly you are not there ~ this really helps overcome that seperation IMO. Also makes the transition to crib so much easier cause you just remove it from your bed and place it in the crib and they sleep in it feeling safe cause they know it and feel secure in it :)

I recently made this one in the Crockpot:: 2/3 bad of split green peas; 3 whole carrots (peeled and cut into cubes) 1 whole LARGE chicken breast. 4-5 cups water. I cooked it on low for about 12 hours. Then I stired it really good and I broke the chix up. Then I scooped it into the blender and pureed it
