with my first one my labor lasted 8 hours...with my 2nd it only lasted 3 1/2 hours...so im hoping it goes even quicker with this one

When I made this poll,I really wanted to see how my first labor compred to other women..My first labor from start to finish was 10 hours..Looks like I was luckier than a lot of you!! I just hope my second labor is as fast or faster:)

With my 1st i was in labour for 23 hrs.. It was hard work but you get thru it

I was in labour for 13 hours but she was induced as I had pre eclampsia, the second one was 21 hours - again I had to be induced after a while because it was taking too long and the third one was about 8 hours I think, but once again I had help with the drip as it was a slow labour and I wanted to stay at hospital and have her as I had two kids at home being babysat at the time and I thought - bring it on

I actually didnt even know I was in labor until my water broke. By the time I got to the hospital I was already at 8cm.. I delivered an hour later. So I guess I`ve been told I was extremely lucky.

I was in labour 16.5 hours and ended up having an emergency c-section.

With my first child i was 16 years old with a 21 hour labor...talk about being scared out of your mind!!!But well worth the pain and tears!
